Bloody Mouser!...

big snip
I think you\'re 100% correct. Being in the UK, Mouser is my supplier of
last resort as it\'s far more expensive than European sources.
Consequently, I rarely visit the site and never get enough familiarity
to find my way around its various little quirks.
The UF5406 is a pretty generic part, is there not a supplier in the UK that
carries it? Like RS Components?

With apologies to Mr. Wieck, if I\'m being too helpful.

Haha! :-D

RS have been around a *very* long time in the UK, along with a bunch
of others such as CPC, Farnell and whatever. However, their delivery
record is not good. At least with Mouser, although it has to come all
the way from Texas, it\'s trackable and gets to me quicker than RS can
manage. U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! ;-)

How is Digikey for you? I\'m in Canada, and they are generally next day delivery,
very reasonable shipping charges too. For orders over C$100 shipping is free,
only flat rate of C$8.00 if under C$100. That\'s for FedEx overnight.
Mouser is also free with a C$100 order, but takes a couple of days. But C$20.00
for orders under C$100.

a) Mouser has an UK location.
b) https://www.mouser.co.uk/c/?q=UF5406

A princely 86 P for one. Less per-each for more.

All of this I discovered in less than thirty (30) seconds. Really.

Learned helplessness is a wretched state, similar to passive aggression, but less understandable. However, if Mr. Doom is so benighted as to be unable to manage from here, all I need is his postal address - I will make the arrangements with Mouser UK for its delivery. Gratis.

No it does not. That is just a portal into its US warehouse in Texas.
That\'s why it gets really busy and the ping latency becomes insanely
long around the same time that Silicon Valley wakes up.

Now you\'ve already been exposed as a troll, so kindly fuck off. Thank
you.

Got a whole sheet of them. Just use the filters.

None of those are fast recovery types, though. And on my browser at
any rate, the filters keep clearing by themselves.

That\'s strange for Agent. I think there is a setting to make filters
global with no timeout.
Nothing to do with Agent. I\'m trying to find the part I want on
Mouser\'s website with Firefox or Opera - and failing badly.
You may want to try MS Edge, or its close cousin, Chrome.

My issue is they have some stoopid Turing Test that pops up
repeatedly while I try to browse.
