Reminiscent of Roosevelt\'s CCC which would be politically incorrect these days, mainly because : 1) he used the Army to manage the living conditions of the boys, the work was managed by Interior or whatever they called themselves back then, 2) Army was allowed to groom boys for future military service, 3) operation was racially segregated, whites would never work alongside blacks, and didn\'t even want them in the same camp, 4) probably other practices that would be considered appalling these days.
