Atmel CPLD programming tools

I need to program an ATF1502AS device with some very simple logic. What can
people suggest that would be the simplest and cheapest way to do this?

should be all free tools (ASFAIK)
1 Atmel IDS
2 SVF2JAM
3 JAM Player

that should do from design fitting to programming
