Fred posts links to useful information, which isn\'t exactly troll behavior. He doesn\'t always understand the information he is pointing at, which is a different kind of problem.

Your problem is you\'re oblivious to the content 99% of the time. Unless something is spelled out for you, you just don\'t get it. So what\'s the significance of AP calling the election. Dopey doesn\'t know, now do you. I\'ll have to tell you then. It\'s the unofficial official declaration of election results. I bet that description makes you giggle and sniggle doesn\'t it? Well here\'s how it works, giggles and sniggles. The AP has been assured by the state\'s secretary of state, or whoever the highest ranking government official of responsibility is, about how the results are going to be certified Historically there are never any surprises, it always works out. If you want to wait until December or whenever for the official results, have at it.
