got one of them here, I can't see how anone could feel tempted to touch theWhile on the topic of toaster collecting, there was a bloke on the
"collectors" or some such TV program a couple of months back with a
toaster collection, who actually used to be a toaster repairman yonks
ago. He got most of them by managing to keep a heap of the broken
ones that customers left with him when at the time they werent worth
fixing and he never tossed them out. (I assume he has since restored
them where practical) Some of his vintage toasters were worth a
considerable amount too, but many early ones were bloody lethal with
totally exposed and unprotected heating coils in some cases.
