3.3V -> 5V -> 3.3V

Hello,

I want to interface a 5V device to a 3.3V processor. The communications is
bidirectional and quite fast (maybe 98MHz). Does anyone know of any chips
that can do the level conversions? I've seen the SN74LVC4245A, but I
require a DIL package.
