10MHz 12-16Bit ADC with USB interface

Is there any ADC (Analog to Digital Conversion) board out there with 10MHz
conversion speed, 12-16bit resolution, 4Ksample conversion buffer and USB
interface with QNX, Linux and Windows driver software?

If your really mean 10MSamples/second and 12 to 16 bits, you are
talking about transferring 120 to 160MBits of data per second.
That greatly exceeds USB 1.1 bandwidth, so you will need either
USB 2.0, or a big buffer and small samples.

Are you, perchance, working on digitizing radio IF or radar signals?
In that case, you might be able to find something with the buffer
to handle a few mS to a few hundred mS of signal.

Yes, I'm interested in RF signal processing. My application permits
digitizing few mS long signal and transfer to PC for processing and while PC
processes the data digitize another few mS long singnal and repeat these
loop.

1 - Digitize 4K sample with 10MHz speed and 12-16Bits resolution
2 - Transfer to PC via USB (probably via USB 2.0)
3 - Goto 1

What I would like to find an ADC card with 10MHz sampling rate, 12-16 bits
resolution with enough memory/buffer to store at least 4K sample (8KByte)
data and being able to send the data via USB.

Do you know any board with such specs?

Measurement Computing might have something that will go there.
I'm using their PMD-1208LS for a battery charge system monitor, it's more of
an "all in one" with analog in, analog out, digital I/O and counter. At $79
it's a steal.

We have a partial solution at present, but we will have a more complete
solution in the future:

Our dspstak 21262sx uses amn Analog Devices ADSP-21262 DSP. It includes a
full speed USB interface (12MB/s). You can create a dspstak I/O Module
that will sample at this rate. You could perform the bulk of the signal
processing with the DSP.

Analog Devices has an ap note that discusses interfacing a high speed ADC
to an ADSP-21262. They have an eval board for the ADC. I think it could
be adapted to our DSP board.
