A highly-regarded free GDSII viewer and detailed documentation on the
GDSII format used to be available at

Recently, this web site became unavailable.
Where can I get this package now?

He is frequently posting on wxart2d-users_dev on sourceforge.net there
is also a webpage
http://www.klaasholwerda.nl/ but that web space is
probably very new.
