Test services companies merge to tackle test program conver

To address the growing need for test program conversions for legacy semiconductor testers, Bangalore, India–based Tessolve Services Pvt. Ltd. and Chandler, Ariz.-based Dynamic Test Solutions Inc. are merging. The merger brings together Tessolve?s resources and experience in test engineering and developing software based test solutions with DTS?s global reach and track record of developing custom hardware test products and offering hardware testing services, the companies say.
