Hi,
When we select any object in the layout window one hilight marker
comes around that object. (to recognize that we selected that object)
How do i get what layer tool is using for doing this operation? and
how can I change that hilight layer name?

The layer used to hilight your selections is
hilite drawing
You cannot change this to nother layer but you can
change the way they layer is displayed using the
Display Resource Editor.
