i am looking for a schematic or a manual for the Hewlett Packard 715A
Klystron Power Supply. Copies would be sufficient.

Have you checked some of the HP archives site that are on the web?
AFAIK, they have no connection with HP or its Agilent Technologies
spin-off. Again AFAIK, they're all run by retirees from HP or fans of
HP gear.

which are relevant to ham radio. Kind of a stretch for your request,
