RW02 value in G.E. 29GP340A CTV

G.E. CTV MODEL 29GP340A.
TL19 - HOT transistor shorted - D1546

On a small board near the HOT is a resistor (RW02).
It measures 10k, but the resistor is cooked badly so I cannot read a
value on it.

Could someone please confirm the value?
