redirect from mfr logo listing

Testing a faulty web link to a mfr logo listing.

Published links to:

http://www.magma.ca/~legg/110710-mfr_logo/00_mfr_logo_A-C.html

Produce a 404 error

http://www.primustel.ca/%7Elegg/110710-mfr_logo/00_mfr_logo_A-C.html

for the wrong address

www.primustel.ca/~legg/110710-mfr_logo/00_mfr_logo_A-C.html

Entering the original address into web browser gets the correct page
open.

Any ideas or is primustel just crewing around?
