If there is the installation guide of SIS-1.2 into Linux, please let me
know......
After uncompressing SIS-1.2.tar.Z, I could not find 'makefile' (or
something like that).......

It's been a while since I built it, but there is a README file included.
There are two Makefiles: Makefile.oct and Makefile.nooct. If you've got
the Berkeley octtools then use the Makefile.oct otherwise use
Makefile.nooct. Also, I believe there is a patch file you need to
download and apply for building on Linux.
