Hi ,
Can anyone help me regarding pcell generation. My problem is
I want to make two matched capacitors
common centroid layout. I am using CPP (poly capcitance) as invidual
unit. I am using National Semiconductors 0.18um technolohy(cmos9). I
am able to generate pcell but cannot pass the parameter. How to pass
the parameters in pcell generation. Any tutorial for that.

Hi Sabyasachi,
You need to define CDF parameters for your Pcell. There are loads of
examples in this forum. This is one post I have contributed in the
past. I have given a very detailed explanation that is likely to help
you out with your issue.

As per the documentation, they are available in your Cadence
installation directory. I would advise looking at:
