Here is the information regarding Diane Feinstein:

If you have a problem with this bill, here is your "enemies list":
=====================
But proponents -- led by Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Kelly Ayotte
(R-N.H.) and Carl Levin (D-Mich.), chairman of the Senate Armed Services
Committee -- say that is exactly what the war on terror requires. They
argued that the bill simply codifies precedents set by the Supreme Court
and removes uncertainty, which they said would better protect the country.

Two R and one D.

Basically we need to dump Levin and as many Republicans as possible if
you want your freedoms back. Fortunately Lieberman is leaving.

These fucking Republican will protect us to the point that we are all in
cages. Going to the grocery store will be like a trip through security
at the airport. (TSA, another fucking Republican clusterfuck. Who the
fuck keeps electing these neocons and tea baggers.)

You do realize there is already a Bush era law that can revoke your

The US has been - , and is, a bunch of mass-murderers, so it is only
natural that the other 96 percent of the world wants it gone.
So then, the only way to defend against a fifth colon? column? whatever inside
the US is to lock everybody up who disagrees with a the flute

Not a leader, a sad case of no vision, no moral, no truth, no fun.
and a lot more no-nos.
A while back I found a nice place to live (about across the street from Tim Jompson),
eh, I mean Tom Jimpson (on request form the other Tim), so I looked

Obama signed it, making it law, announcing at the same time that he's
not going to follow it.

IOW, zero integrity, and complete, arbitrary disregard for the law,
even his own.

Too many facts. I am constantly amazed by right-wingers who fail to
remember (or pretend that they don't remember) that this whole Homeland
Security quasi-fascist bullshit was dreamed up by Bush-Cheney. (Not
that I exonerate the Democrats, who went along with it.)

As a citizen of a country (NZ) that happily lives with a level of
socialism that people like the OP would view as communist oppression, it
baffles me when I visit the US to see the sheep-like behavior of
travellers in the airports, meekly submitting to the authoritarian
dictates of the state. Land of the free? It's a great relief to get
back home where sanity prevails.

The GOP held him hostage once again. Would you rather the DoD not get
funded? The cry baby neocons and tea baggers would be wailing about that
too.

Note this Defense appropriation act did increase some freedoms.

Let me guess. You are going to say Obama likes bestiality.

Seriously, all the crap in the bill is from Congress. Obama had little
to do with it.

Give the TSA lip and you miss your flight. Even walking away from the
security area is a crime.

The TSA objected to be bringing apples on a flight. I rather not eat the
crap they give you on a plane, so I took a freakin' apple or two. I said
to just keep the apples, but no. I had to wait around while my apples
were inspected with who knows what.

At the moment, they are concerned with icing if it is too gooey.

Any facts to back that up? So it wasn't Bush and Cheney who created the
Homeland Security apparatus - a Stalinist endeavour if I ever saw one.

When bereft of an argument, you resort to foolish insults. Face it,
Bush and his pals did more to reduce individual freedom in the US than
any previous administration.
