a debate on where he was living at various times. I think you should

Stale news. The history is that allegedly he told both the USA TAX and
the ATO that he didn't owe them anything as he was living in the other
country. Now they both know that was the story and the ATO is just first
cab off the rank to say cough up. What you are seeing/reading/hearing is
just the PR puff on his behalf.
