Could someone give me a list of companies that sell or lease ASIC
synthesis/test-insertion/layout tools, please?

some links. My company offers a low cost layout editor
(http://www.stabie-soft.com), but finding a low cost
synthesis or P&R tool may be pretty much impossible.
