Looking for Scott Davidson

Hello All,
I am pursuing research in VLSI Testing and had a few questions about
the ITC99 benchmarks for which I am looking for Scott Davidson and
trying to contact him however I am unable to find a valid email id of
his.
It would be great if someone could help me with this.

Hi Fazela,

Someone pointed me to your post. To find my email, go to
itctestweek.org

and click on the Steering Committee button on the left side.

For anyone else, the benchmarks are still in use, and I am happy to
send the bigger ones on request. ITC992 was used for the Test
Compression Shootout Panel at the just completed ITC.
