Hi, HURUs
I'm importing CDL netlist and get following error message in
spiceIn.log.
....
Instance: Xm11
Instance has master: 'PMOS' model/subtype: 'PMOS'
Created instance 'Xm11'.
Instance Terminal: Created net QIL
ERROR (SPICEIN-87): SpiceIn failed while creating terminal 'QIL' on
instance 'Xm11' in subckt 'dpram_64x32_m4IO4' due to unknown DB
errors.
PMOS is defined as:
..SUBCKT PMOS D G S B
*.PININFO D:B G:B S:B B:B
..ENDS
an present in technology library. What can be wrong?

I found one report of this, CCR 582041, which was fixed in IC6.1.2.500.16 - so
you'd need to be using a later version than this.
If you are using a later version, it may be a different problem with a similar
symptom, so after trying with the latest IC614 hotfix, you should report this to
http://support.cadence.com if the problem remains.
