i need an op-amp for high frequency use 4MHZ low noise

i have a final project about doppler blood velocity meter i want an op
amp wich can work at 4MHz frequency to amplifie the signal coming from
the probe and the signal to the probe (emeter and receiver ) if any
one have a name of any opamp and circuit please tell me

Without more specific information on the nature of the signal
(amplitude, both peak and range, total content in terms of bandwidth)
and available power, it's hard to help.
