Who usually would look for them? Typically financially well-off
students who are struggling w/ their various electronics courses, or
people working in the hardware or embedded industries who are
struggling to pick up a new tool/technology? Thanks in advance for
your feedback!

That will depend on how you present your services, as tutoring for the
students, and as training/coaching for the pros.
