Any way to read technoly rules from Constraint group other t

Hi
The functions
techGetSpacingRule ,
techGetOrderedSpacingRule , ect

by default takes the rules from the foundary constraint group. Is
there any way to get the same rules from any other user defined
constraint group.
Because i need to choose the rules for a pcell
depending on the user input (Toggle swich to switch between rules).
