What kind of 16 or 24 bit A/D converter can be used without
noise to the LSB's ?
One type which can be used properly with all its bits.

You Failed To Answer The Question.
I am able to create one myself but only if I do not use all the bits.

If an 8 bit can be noiseless.

Then so can a 24 bit.

Its just a matter of having technical standards
which are enforced within the industrial complex.

Creating only the very best products and nothing else.

Now, quit being silly and tell us what you really know.
